Conferences at Villa Isabella

Villa Isabella has a fully equipped open plan conference room with spectacular sea views which can comfortably seat up to 40 people and is specifically designed for SME Business conferences and Team Building and Planning Events. Rates are reasonable  with self catering or catered options available. (See Rates) This three storey Beach house has 2 side by side Townhouses with interleading double doors off the lounges and can comfortably accommodate 20 people.

The Conferencing Facility is on the Topfloor , it’s called the Topdeck Venue & Recreational Facility.

Villa  Isabella is a fully equipped conference venue, perfect for a business getaway or corporate retreat. The accommodation and facilities promote a unique getaway experience with colleagues through jointly experiencing the beautiful and remote beaches of the Dolphin Coast in an atmosphere of rest  and relaxation from the busy-ness of  life.

 “Villa Isabella” is situated on Blythedale Beach

74km North of Durban and 48km north of  King Shaka airport.

The conferencing package can accommodate up to 40 people and ,with the beach right on your doorstep, it is the perfect opportunity to take your team away and set time aside for strategic planning and team bonding experiences.

There are various packages on offer which are really affordable  for small to medium enterprises who don’t  have huge budgets and who don’t  want to blow the full years training allowance to be together for a few days. Our pricing is tailor made and specific and is dependant  upon whether there are  any requirements for specialised equipment and whether you will be taking care of your own catering and drinks or whether you would like us to arrange the catering.( Please see our catered and self catering packages & Menu’s under the “ Conference Packages and Menu Section “.)

Our Conference Venue can comfortably seat up to 40. We can accommodate up to 20 Delegates at Villa Isabella, any additional Delegates will be accommodated nearby.

A detailed description of the conferencing facilities are below:

  • Seating arrangements for up to 40 people
  • Fully Airconditioned with Wi-fi facilities
  • Two fully equipped kitchens for outside catering or for self-catering purposes
  • Adequate, secure in house parking.
  • Fully equipped Conference Venue with open plan space. ( We have: a large whiteboard, flipcharts ,lecturns, flat screen TV for power point presentation, overhead projector screen etc.) 
  • A fully equipped Bar area with a large lockup fridge for drinks.
  • Numerous unique, cozy, relaxing breakaway areas for group discussion outside.
  • A Games area with Table Tennis, Foozeball and a dartboard (Please bring your own darts)
  • A large built in covered braai outside on the Topdeck Venue Patio.
  • Loungers and shower on the Topdeck Patio for relaxing or sun bathing.
  • Beach Volleyball equipment, balls and other equipment available.
